Danbury Senior Living to Come to North Ridgeville

Lemmon Development will be constructing a new Danbury Senior Living in North Ridgeville. There are 14 other Danbury communities operating in Northeast and Central Ohio. The North Ridgeville Danbury Senior Living will consist of 106 units offering independent living, assisted living, and a memory care unit. Amenities include a theater, bistro, activity areas, and full-service dining, among many others. The units will consist of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Lemmon Development’s start date for this project is Summer of 2018. Danbury Senior Living properties are managed by Brookwood Management Company, an affiliated firm which includes owners of the Danbury.
