Danbury Senior Living Will Be Constructed in the Beulah Park Development in Grove City

A Danbury Senior Living community is to be constructed in the Beulah Park mixed use development in Grove City. Lemmon Development will construct the 88 unit property starting this September. The Danbury will offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, plus amenities including a full-service dining room, theater, activity areas, and a bistro. The levels of care will include independent living, assisted living, and memory care. There are 14 Danbury communities operating in Ohio, including those in Westerville and Columbus. All Danbury properties are managed by Brookwood Management Company, an affiliated firm which includes owners of the Danbury.
