A New Corporate Office Campus for Lemmon Development

Lemmon Development, a full-service real estate development company, will be moving to a new corporate office campus on Pittsburg Road in Jackson Township. Lemmon Development has been offering development services throughout northeastern and central Ohio since 1978. They have been involved in residential land development, retail, multi-family, and senior living projects. Lemmon Development will join affiliates Brookwood Management, NAI Spring, and Danbury Senior Living at the new corporate campus. The campus is projected to be move in ready in late 2019.

 The business park is a project of Turtle Bay Development, LLC, an affiliate of NAI Spring Commercial Real Estate.  Turtle Bay Development recently closed on the 9.28 acre parcel on Pittsburg Road. They intend to construct Class A flex space in a new business park on the site.  Construction is expected to commence early 2019.  The project will provide the first new flex space for Stark County and Southern Summit County in many years.  Additional office and warehouse space is expected to be available for lease
