Springwood Luxury Adult Living Now Open!

The Luxury Adult Living community opened the doors for residents in January.

Springwood Luxury Adult Living, an after 55 adult apartment community, is a recent project completed by Lemmon Development. The community opened it's doors to residents in January. Springwood is situated on 16 acres overlooking the Lake Forest Country Club and is just minutes away from downtown Hudson. The 3 story building is 151,595 square feet with attached garages at each end of the ground floor. There are one and two bedroom apartments and 9 floorplans that range from 816 to 1485 square feet. 

Each apartment is furnished with stainless steel appliances, including microwaves. In unit washers and dryers are in every apartment as well. Rent includes basic cable, trash service , and twice monthly housekeeping and linen service.  Shared community spaces include a fitness room, large community room, a library, community patio with fireplace, and several seating areas. The community will offer on site maintenance and a Lifestyle Manager to assist residents with planned mixers and outings.
