Danbury Senior Living project complete

Grand Opening Celebration To Be Held

Lemmon Development recently completed construction on the largest Danbury Senior Living community to date. The 147,415 square foot, 3 story building is home to a 152 apartment senior living community. The building is situated on 16 acres overlooking the Lake Forest Country Club. Residents will be able to enjoy the shared community spaces that include a theater, bistro, pub, many shared living rooms, a craft room, a chapel, and many more. Sixteen garages, totaling 3260 square feet, are available for the residents to rent.

The community is offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Nurses and Care Companions will be on staff 24 hours a day. Residents are able to enjoy chef prepared meals in the restaurant style dining room. Full activities schedules will be coordinated by the Life Enrichment Director. Residents of the new Danbury in Hudson will enjoy maintenance free, carefree living that Danbury has come to be known for. 

Lemmon Development's Rich Costin worked with GBC Design and Pride One Construction to see the project through to completion. Brookwood Management Company is managing the daily operations at the community.

The Danbury Hudson team will be hosting an open house Grand Opening Celebration on Thursday, April 18th from 2:00pm-6:00pm. Tours and refreshments will be available for anyone interested.
