Maplecrest Center Update

Maplecrest Center 

The 130+ acre site in Brimfield OH, formerly the Maplecrest Golf Course located near I-76 and CR 18 and adjacent to the Cascade Plaza was rezoned to 58 acres of general commercial and 72 acres of light industrial. The commercial area will be anchored by Meijer, Menards, and several out lots. The opening of Maplecrest Center is scheduled for Spring of 2020.
