Hudson Senior Living Campus

The Hudson Senior Living Campus was completed in early 2019. Situated on 16 acres that overlook the Lake Forest Country Club, the property was perfect for a new Danbury Senior Living community and a Springwood Luxury Adult Living community.

The largest Danbury Senior Living community to date, Danbury Hudson is a 147,415 square foot, 3 story building. In addition to the 152 independent living, assisted living, memory care, and Parkinson's care apartments there are a multitude of shared community spaces that include a theater, bistro, pub, many shared living rooms and fireplace lounges, a craft room, a chapel, and many more. Sixteen garages, totaling 3260 square feet, are available as well. 

In addition, the campus is home to Springwood Luxury Adult Living, an after 55 adult apartment community. The 3 story building is 151,595 square feet with attached garages at each end of the ground floor. There are 62 one and two bedroom apartments and 9 floorplans that range from 816 to 1485 square feet. Each apartment is furnished with stainless steel appliances, including microwaves. In unit washers and dryers are in every apartment as well. Shared community spaces include a fitness room, large community room, a library, community patio with fireplace, and several seating areas. 

Lemmon Development's Rich Costin worked with GBC Design and Pride One Construction to see the projects through to completion. Brookwood Management Company is managing the daily operations at both communities.
