Over the course of 2019 Lemmon Development diligently worked toward completion of the Maplecrest Center project. The 130+ acre site in Brimfield, OH was formerly the Maplecrest Golf Course. The site was rezoned to include 58 acres of general commercial and 72 acres of light industrial property. Adjacent to the Cascade Plaza and located near I-76 and CR 18, the finished project will be anchored by Meijer and Menard’s and be home to many other businesses including Burger King, Panda Express, Jersey Mike’s, Starbucks, Taco Bell, and Arby’s. Many of these businesses are already open for business with others anticipating open dates in the near future.

Lemmon Development is partnering with DeHoff Development for this project. The primary contractors for the project were United Earthworks and Wenger Excavating.
